Snider Plaza got a bit sweeter this month when England-based Ben’s Cookies opened in University Park, near the historic Bubba’s fried chicken restaurant. Pull Through Coffee is at Dallas Bike Works, 4875 W. Owner Christina James, a competitive cyclist and first-time coffee shop owner, is pulling shots Wednesdays through Sundays. Many in the cycling community have already heard about Pull Through Coffee because it’s attached to Dallas Bike Works near White Rock Lake.
